Flywheel has the same design and weight of Porsche Motorsport flywheel with part number 99710204192, though with some important upgrades, like our 1 pcs design with integral ring gear, which is much more reliable than the OE bolt-on ring gear and our high strength Chromoly Forged steel and special heat treatment (Nitriding Treatment) offering 60 HRC (surface hardness), which is twice the hardness compared to OE Porsche Motorsport flywheel
The higher HRC value, the stronger the flywheel and therefore much longer lasting and reliability
Flywheel-crankshaft triple square bolts are supplied with the flywheel and made of high grade 12.9 alloy steel and equivalent to Porsche Motorsport bolts with part number 93010220600
Flywheel-crankshaft grooved ball bearing is also supplied with the flywheel and equivalent to Porsche Motorsport part number 93110211102
Clutch cover is made of Forged AL6061T6 and Electroless Nickel Plating, offering ultra high hardness and excellent corrosion, abrasion and wear resistance. Metallic rivets are inserted in the legs for an almost lifetime duration
Pressure and floaters plates are made of Forged Chromoly steel
Clutch discs are made of sintered material with our unique blend of components that offer a great feeling to the driver, for a fast and safe release at the start line.
